Get Started

How do I get started with qiksense?

Sign up on qiksense to start using the no-code campaign builder for free. Build your first interactive campaign, preview the full journey, and share a real interactive demo with no credit card required.

Do I need developers to use qiksense?

qiksense is a no-code platform, which means campaigns can be built and launched without writing code. The interface is designed for agencies, marketers, designers and creators who want to create interactive campaigns without relying on engineering resources.

Do I need design or technical skills to start?

No prior design or technical experience is required to use qiksense. The platform provides pre-built campaign structures and configurable components, allowing users to focus on campaign ideas and objectives rather than technical setup. Visual elements and interaction flows can be adjusted directly within the builder.

Can I try qiksense before paying?

Yes. You can build and preview campaigns on qiksense without any upfront cost. This allows you to explore the platform, test different campaign ideas, and share working demos before deciding to launch. Charges typically apply only when a campaign is published or when paid features are activated.

Can I preview my campaign before launching?

Yes. qiksense allows you to preview the full campaign journey before publishing. This includes testing the interaction flow, data capture steps, reward logic and more to ensure everything works as intended before going live.

Can I edit my campaign after creating it?

Yes. Campaigns can be edited and refined before they are published. After a campaign is live, certain elements may still be adjustable depending on the configuration, but structural changes may require republishing or updating the campaign setup.

Can I duplicate or reuse a campaign?

Yes. qiksense allows campaigns to be reused or duplicated, making it easier to adapt existing campaign structures for new use cases, markets, or clients without starting from scratch.

Can I run multiple campaigns at the same time?

Yes. You can create and manage multiple campaigns within the same account, depending on your plan and campaign configuration. Each campaign operates independently with its own settings and data.

Can I share my campaign with my team or client before launch?

Yes. You can share a preview or demo link of your campaign with team members or clients. This allows stakeholders to review and provide feedback before the campaign is published.

How easy is qiksense to use?

qiksense is designed to be simple. The no-code drag-and-drop builder lets agencies, marketers, designers and creators build interactive campaigns without writing code or relying on engineering resources. Pre-built campaign structures and configurable components let you focus on campaign ideas rather than technical setup.

Do I need a credit card to get started?

No. You can sign up on qiksense and start building interactive campaigns for free, without entering any credit card details. Payment is only required when a campaign is confirmed or ready to launch.

Product

What is qiksense?

qiksense is an AI-powered Interactive Campaign Builder Platform. Brands and agencies use it to create interactive campaigns and marketing games, spin-to-win, scratch card, mystery box, quiz, AI photobooth, skill-based games and more, without developers or long production cycles. Every interaction captures zero-party data the brand owns outright, and results are tracked in real time from a live dashboard.

How does qiksense work?

Drag and drop pre-built modules in the no-code builder, or describe the campaign you want and let the AI campaign builder assemble the interactive content, visuals, prize logic, user journey and data-capture fields in seconds. Preview the full journey end to end, share a real interactive demo for client approval, then publish. Most campaigns go live in about 10 minutes, with no developers and no long production cycles.

What is qiksense used for?

Brands and agencies use qiksense to build interactive campaigns for marketing, promotional, advertising and brand experiences that capture attention, engage audiences, drive better conversions and improve recall. Use cases span events, exhibitions, retail, F&B, attractions and more.

What can I build with qiksense?

You can build any interactive campaign your audience can play or experience. The mechanic library includes spin-to-win, scratch card, mystery box, quiz, AI photobooth, skill-based games and AR experiences, with new mechanics added regularly. Each campaign can be shared as a standalone link or QR code, run on-site on your own screens, or used as social media gamification. Prize logic, branding, data-capture fields and redemption flows are all configurable.

What modules does qiksense include?

qiksense currently consists of five core modules:

  1. Access – Sets when the campaign is open, which devices run it and how many times each link can be used
  2. Attract – Entry points such as QR codes or triggers
  3. Retrieve – Collection of user inputs or identifiers
  4. Engage – Interactive mechanics and content
  5. Reward – Outcomes such as prizes, feedback, or incentives

These modules can be combined flexibly depending on campaign goals.

What is the AI photobooth on qiksense?

The AI photobooth is one of the AI experiences in the qiksense Library. It captures a participant photo, applies an AI-generated style, theme or branded overlay, then hands the result to the audience by QR code, download or print. Brands and agencies use the AI photobooth at brand activations, retail pop-ups, mall roadshows, conferences and exhibitions to drive engagement and collect zero-party data.

Can qiksense run online and on-site campaigns?

Yes. Whatever the touchpoint, you can build for it. Online campaigns run as standalone links, interactive landing pages or social media gamification, and on-site campaigns run on screens and kiosks at brand activations, exhibitions, retail pop-ups, mall roadshows, conferences and on-ground events, with screens available as an add-on.

Can qiksense be used for social media gamification or interactive landing pages?

Yes. Campaigns run as standalone links and interactive landing pages, and work well for social media gamification. Share the campaign link across paid social, email and on-site channels, and capture zero-party data the brand owns outright from every interaction.

How fast can I launch a campaign with qiksense?

Most brands and agencies go from zero to a live interactive campaign in minutes. Pick an experience from the Engage module, set your prize logic and data-capture fields, then publish and share the link or QR code, or run it on-site. No developers, no design files, no production cycle.

Does qiksense use AI?

Yes. The qiksense AI campaign builder turns plain-language briefs into working interactive campaigns, suggests interactive content, prize logic, the user journey and the visuals to use, and refines campaigns over time using AI-powered analytics on participation, drop-off and conversion. AI assistance is built into every plan from Basic upward.

What does the qiksense AI campaign builder generate?

Describe the campaign you want, or even tell the AI campaign builder your campaign objective, and it assembles the interactive content, visuals, prize logic, user journey and data-capture fields in seconds. Configure and refine each user journey node in the no-code builder, preview the full journey end to end, and share a real interactive demo for client approval before launch.

Can qiksense be white-labelled for clients?

Yes. White-labelling is included from the Plus plan upward, so agencies can launch interactive campaigns under the client's brand, without the qiksense watermark, badge or splash screen. Add the client's logo, loading backgrounds and browser tab title so the loading screens carry the client's brand as well. Customise visuals, branding and copy freely to match the client's creative vision.

What makes qiksense different from traditional custom development?

Traditional interactive projects are often built from scratch for each campaign. qiksense is designed as a reusable platform, where campaign logic, structure, and data tracking are standardized and improved over time. This allows teams to iterate faster instead of restarting from zero.

Pricing & Plans

How much does qiksense cost?

qiksense plans start free. Basic is free forever for building, previewing and pitching, and covers non-commercial use only: one device, with no extra devices or extra audience reach. Running a campaign commercially needs a paid plan, at S$50 per Live Day on Plus and S$80 per Live Day on Pro, and you only pay once a campaign is confirmed and ready to launch. These rates apply to campaigns built with existing qiksense library experiences. Campaigns built outside the qiksense library are charged a customisation fee. Other services are available as optional add-ons.

Is qiksense free?

Yes. Basic is free forever for non-commercial use only, such as schools, non-profits and internal company events. Brands and agencies can build interactive campaigns with the no-code drag-and-drop builder, preview the full campaign journey, and share a real interactive demo for pitches, proposals or tender submissions, with no credit card required. A live Basic campaign runs on one device for up to a 7-day span and carries the qiksense logo. Running a campaign commercially, for longer, or white-labelled needs a paid plan, which kicks in when the campaign is confirmed to launch.

Can agencies use qiksense to pitch clients for free?

Yes. Everyone gets the no-code campaign builder for free, so agencies can build a fully working interactive campaign, complete with mechanic, branding, prize logic and data-capture fields, and present it as a live interactive demo before any cost is charged. The pitch is the prototype. Clients see exactly what their audience will experience, not a PDF or a static mockup, and the same demo can be used in proposals or tender submissions at zero cost. Basic covers that stage as non-commercial use. The campaign is only chargeable when it goes live commercially or when the client confirms the project, on Plus or Pro.

Which qiksense plan should brands and agencies pick?

Most brands start on Plus to launch simple, white-labelled interactive campaigns with standard analytics and hands-on support. Agencies running advanced campaign journeys with deeper logic for clients usually pick Pro for unlimited nodes, integrations and a dedicated CSM. For campaigns that require customisation, the qiksense team delivers bespoke mechanics and deeper integrations as an add-on service. Basic stays free forever for pitching and covers non-commercial use only.

What is the difference between Basic, Plus and Pro?

Basic is free forever for build, preview and pitch, and covers non-commercial use only on one device. It supports campaigns of up to 6 nodes, can only be published for up to a 7-day span for non-commercial use, and published campaigns carry the qiksense logo. Plus and Pro cover commercial campaigns and are both white-labelled. Plus is for simple campaigns within 6 nodes, with standard analytics and hands-on support. Pro is for complex campaign journeys with unlimited nodes, deeper logic, integrations and a dedicated CSM. For campaigns that require customisation, the qiksense team delivers bespoke mechanics and deeper integrations as an add-on service.

How is qiksense billed?

qiksense plans are billed per live day. A live day is a day your campaign is actually live, not the calendar span, so you only pay for the days your campaign actually runs. A partial day counts as one full live day, a live day with zero participation still counts, and pausing then resuming a campaign on the same day does not create a second live day. Long-term campaign pricing is available after the first 30 Live Days.

Are prices in SGD, and is there GST?

All prices are in Singapore dollars. No GST is charged. The USD figures on the pricing page are reference conversions only, and billing is in SGD.

Can I downgrade my qiksense plan?

qiksense is not a monthly subscription, so there is no billing cycle to downgrade within. Each campaign is licensed on the plan you choose when it is confirmed to launch and is billed by Live Day, so your next campaign can simply be set up on a lower plan. Upgrading takes effect immediately on payment and is charged only for what is left of the campaign, including an Extension that has already started.

When do I need to make a payment?

You only need to make a payment when your campaign is confirmed or ready to launch. Before that, you can build, preview and pitch interactive campaigns on qiksense without any cost.

What are the limits on the free Basic plan?

Basic is free forever for non-commercial use only, such as schools, non-profits and internal company events. It includes the full no-code builder, campaign preview and a real interactive demo link, with no credit card. A live Basic campaign runs on 1 device, includes 500 audience reach per Live Day, supports up to 6 nodes, and can be published for up to a 7-day campaign span carrying the qiksense logo. Commercial campaigns, longer spans, white-labelling and more nodes need Plus or Pro. Add-on services, extra devices and extra audience reach are available on Plus and Pro only. Basic does not include any add-ons.

How are multiple screens charged?

Each plan includes screens: 1 on Plus, 2 on Pro. Additional on-site screens are charged at 50% of your Live Day rate, which is S$25 per extra screen per Live Day on Plus and S$40 on Pro. Billing is capped at 10 screens.

What counts as a device?

A device is a display terminal you deploy for the campaign, such as an interactive screen, tablet, kiosk or projector. Participants' own phones are not counted as devices.

My campaign runs on screens, but visitors also play on their own phones. How is it charged?

Campaigns running on your own on-site terminals are charged as on-site campaigns. This includes campaigns where visitors scan a QR code to continue on their phones.

Can I use Prepaid Credits for extra screens?

Yes. Extra screens can be paid with Prepaid Credits, both on Live Day licenses and during a Long-term Extension.

What counts as a participant?

Participated counts the sessions that actually started your campaign experience, deduplicated. It is the same number you see on your qiksense dashboard.

What happens if my campaign exceeds its reach?

Reach is pooled across your campaign: your daily allowance multiplied by the number of Live Days is the total your campaign gets, so a busy day simply draws from the pool. You are notified at 80% of your reach. Before your campaign starts, you can move to a higher tier and pay only the difference, the same as booking it from the start. Once the campaign has started, the tier stays as booked and you add reach with Reach Top-ups: S$50 for 5,000 on Plus, or S$80 for 20,000 on Pro.

What is a Reach Top-up?

A Reach Top-up adds audience reach to an online campaign that is already running. Once a campaign has started, its reach tier is fixed, so Top-ups are how you add more. It costs S$50 for 5,000 on Plus and S$80 for 20,000 on Pro, and you can buy as many as you need. A top-up is added to your campaign's pool straight away and stays valid until that campaign ends. Top-ups are not refundable, including any part left unused, and cannot be moved to another campaign. Choosing a higher reach tier before the campaign starts always costs less per participant than topping up.

Do I pay per participant?

No. You choose a reach tier upfront and pay for it with your licence. There is no usage bill after the campaign.

How are add-ons priced?

Most add-ons are simple multiples of your Live Day rate: an extra screen is +50%, 10x audience capacity is +50%, 40x is +100%, and a Reach Top-up costs the same as one Live Day. The Wow Upgrade is a flat S$380 per campaign. Platform Setup, Fine-Tuning and Hardware Sourcing are charged per experience, so a project with several experiences is charged once for each. Deployment is S$280 per round trip (S$380 outside business hours and public holidays), includes on-site setup of 1 device, and each additional device set up during the same visit is +S$80. Add-on services, extra devices and extra audience reach are available on Plus and Pro only. Basic does not include any add-ons and covers non-commercial use only.

What if my campaign needs more reach than Max?

Add Reach Top-ups, or contact us and we will size it for you. Basic cannot buy extra devices or extra audience reach.

Hardware

Does qiksense provide hardware for on-site activations?

Yes. qiksense add-on digital screens and on-site hardware bring interactive campaigns to life at brand activations, retail pop-ups, mall roadshows, conferences, exhibitions and brand events. Hardware is available at additional cost.

What devices does qiksense support?

qiksense campaigns are web-based and can run on most modern devices, including smartphones, tablets, and desktop browsers, as well as digital screen hardware for on-site activations and events. Performance may vary depending on device capability, browser compatibility, and network conditions.

Can qiksense source the hardware for my campaign?

Yes. Hardware Sourcing is an optional add-on where the qiksense team sources and coordinates the hardware your campaign needs, for purchase or rental, when it is not already in our stock. It is quoted per experience and confirmed before launch. If other suppliers are involved, such as fabrication, AV, print, event or venue partners, Vendor Liaison is a separate add-on that covers coordinating them.

What is the Wow Upgrade?

The Wow Upgrade lets people play with more than a touchscreen: a racing wheel, a motion camera, a Bluetooth motion sensor, or an interactive prop such as a blaster, projection, NFC card or digital stamp. It costs S$380 per campaign, charged once, however many experiences, screens or days you run, and is available on Plus and Pro. It can be paid with Prepaid Credits. Touch, keys, buttons, voice and camera effects such as AR are included in every plan. Decide before you publish: these ways of playing cannot be added once a campaign is published.

Data & Dashboard

Does qiksense have a real-time campaign dashboard?

Yes. qiksense includes a real-time campaign dashboard with metrics measured like live participation, conversion, prizes given out, drop-off and more.

Can I customise the qiksense dashboard?

Yes. Build the reporting view that matches how each team actually works. Pin the KPIs that matter and drop widgets into any arrangement.

Can I compare multiple campaigns in qiksense?

Yes. qiksense's smarter comparisons let you cross-compare interactive experiences: one campaign against another, one audience segment against another, one region against another. See which campaigns drive higher opt-in, which rewards drive redemption, and which creative keeps audiences playing.

Does qiksense capture zero-party data?

Yes. Zero-party data is the information people choose to share, such as answers, preferences and contact details, often in exchange for a reward. Everything participants submit in a campaign is recorded against that campaign, and the brand owns it.

What data does qiksense collect?

qiksense processes different types of data depending on how a campaign is configured. This may include campaign configuration data, user interaction data generated during participation, personal data submitted by participants if collected, and technical usage data related to platform access. The campaign owner determines what data is collected and is responsible for ensuring that appropriate consent and legal requirements are met.

What analytics does qiksense provide?

qiksense provides built-in analytics, including:

  • Participated
  • Participation rate
  • Engagement behavior
  • Conversion-related outcomes

These metrics help teams understand campaign performance and make better decisions.

Can I export campaign data from qiksense?

Yes. The answers and details participants submit are recorded against the campaign and can be exported from the platform. Integrations with other systems are available on Pro.

How long is my qiksense campaign data retained?

qiksense retains campaign-related data for up to seven (7) days after a campaign expires, after which the data may be deleted or anonymised. Backup or system-log copies may persist longer for security, legal or operational reasons. Extended retention options are available for an additional fee.

Support

What kind of support do I get for building campaigns on qiksense?

qiksense provides documentation and video guidance for users who need help understanding how the platform works and how to use it. Plus and Pro include a customer success manager, dedicated on Pro, and after-campaign reviews. Setup help is available as a paid add-on.

Is there any onboarding support for new accounts?

Yes. Plus and Pro include platform training, which walks your team through the platform and how to set up your first interactive campaign.

What is qiksense's uptime?

qiksense targets 99% monthly availability for the core platform functionality used to create, publish, operate and manage interactive campaigns. Availability excludes scheduled maintenance, beta or experimental features, customer-side issues, and force majeure events. Service credits may be offered for material disruptions, in line with the qiksense Service Level Agreement.

Trust, Security & Legal

Is qiksense secure?

Yes. qiksense is hosted on reputable cloud infrastructure with role-based access controls, industry-standard encryption in transit, monitoring and logging, vulnerability management and internal incident response procedures. Security follows a shared responsibility model: qiksense secures the platform infrastructure, and the brand or agency secures its own user access, configurations and campaign content.

Who owns the campaigns and data I create on qiksense?

You retain all rights to your Customer Content (the data, materials and information you upload, plus end-user submissions). qiksense retains all rights to the platform itself, including software, templates, workflows, system architecture, AI models and underlying technology.

Is qiksense GDPR and PDPA compliant?

qiksense is operated by Real Nation Pte Ltd in Singapore and applies generally accepted data protection principles applicable to commercial SaaS platforms, with reasonable technical and organisational security measures. The brand or agency is the data controller and is responsible for ensuring its campaigns comply with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR or PDPA) and for obtaining the consents required from end users. qiksense will reasonably assist with end-user data subject requests.

Where is qiksense data stored, and who processes it?

qiksense and its sub-processors (cloud infrastructure, monitoring and communications providers) may process campaign data in jurisdictions where they operate. qiksense remains responsible for the acts and omissions of its sub-processors. A current list of sub-processors is available on request. The brand or agency that owns the campaign acts as the data controller; qiksense acts as the data processor.

What law governs the qiksense agreement, and who is the legal entity?

qiksense is operated by Real Nation Pte Ltd, registered in Singapore. The Master Subscription Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the agreement.

What can I not build with qiksense?

qiksense's Acceptable Use Policy prohibits campaigns that are illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, defamatory, obscene, hateful, abusive or otherwise harmful. You cannot infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy rights, scrape or stress-test the platform, bypass technical limits, or collect personal data from end users without lawful basis and proper consent. The brand or agency is solely responsible for all content published through its account.

What if a campaign participant asks for their personal data, or asks to delete it?

The brand or agency that owns the campaign is the data controller and is responsible for responding to end-user data subject requests, including access and deletion. qiksense, as the data processor, will reasonably assist with such requests where appropriate. Configure your campaign to collect only the data you need, with the right notices and consent for your audience.

Can qiksense suspend or terminate my account?

qiksense may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of the agreement, violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, or where reasonably necessary for security or legal reasons. Where practical, qiksense provides advance notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Suspension or termination may result in loss of access to campaigns and related data.

What happens if qiksense has an incident or outage?

qiksense maintains internal incident response procedures and aims to identify, mitigate and resolve incidents on a commercially reasonable basis, prioritised by severity and impact. Where applicable, service credits are offered as the sole remedy under the SLA. Material incidents affecting campaign data are notified to the affected brand or agency within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
